How you should handle DOA's

DOA:

If shrimp, Fish, or snails arrive DOA, send me a picture of dead shrimp/snail/fish in unopened bag within 24 hours of first delivery attempt and I will send you a replacement or send you a full refund (Shipping excluded) Shipping is none refundable.

Plants:

If plants arrive DOA, send me a picture of dead plant in unopened bag within 24 hours of first delivery attempt and I will send you a replacement or send you a full refund (Shipping excluded). Shipping is none refundable.
